DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes! We can send a digital gift card to you or your loved one!
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the event will receive a full refund.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash, zelle, venmo, cash app. A $50 deposit is due upon reserving the date and the remainder due upon delivery.
HOW DO I BOOK A BOUNCE HOUSE RENTAL?
Booking is easy! Visit our Product Page, choose your preferred bounce house, select the date and time, and give us a call. We'll handle the reservation for you!
WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY BOUNCE HOUSE RENTAL?
Our bounce house rentals include delivery, setup, and takedown. We also provide safety instructions and a blower to keep the bounce house inflated during your event.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK A BOUNCE HOUSE?
It's a good idea to book your bounce house rental as early as possible, especially for popular dates and weekends. We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance.
ARE YOUR BOUNCE HOUSES CLEAN AND SAFE?
Absolutely! We take pride in maintaining clean and sanitized bounce houses. Our equipment is regularly inspected, and we follow strict safety guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for your guests.
WHAT IF IT RAINS ON THE DAY OF MY EVENT?
Don't worry! We offer a Rain Check Guarantee. If your event is canceled due to rain or inclement weather, you can reschedule your rental for another available date.
CAN I RENT MULTIPLE BOUNCE HOUSES FOR A LARGE EVENT?
Yes, you can! We have a variety of bounce houses and inflatable games to choose from. Contact us to discuss your specific needs, and we'll help you plan an unforgettable event.
DO YOU PROVIDE GENERATORS FOR LOCATIONS WITHOUT POWER?
Yes, we offer generator rentals to ensure you have power wherever you choose to set up your bounce house. Please let us know in advance if you need a generator.
CAN ADULTS USE THE BOUNCE HOUSES TOO?
It depends on the specific bounce house. Some are designed for children only, while others can accommodate both kids and adults. Check the product descriptions for age recommendations.
HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL PERIOD?
Our standard rental period is 10-12 hours. However, we offer extended rental options if you'd like to keep the bounce house longer. Contact us for details.
